QUESTION FOR YOU
Does any of this sound familiar?
We all want to be confident and competent parents, setting our kids up for success. You can’t just type into Google “How do I make sure my kid is happy and successful?” and find the practical answers you need.
You start to research how to lay the necessary groundwork for speech, language, and school success and are bombarded with a million conflicting pieces of advice. You have no idea which ones work, or even more, which ones will work for YOU.
You know that your child’s success and well-being is the most important thing in your life, but you also have responsibilities that prevent you from spending as much time as you’d like (or that you’ve been told you should). How do you find balance and the time to give your kid the best support possible? How do you overcome the guilt that comes with living a full life?
When you do find the time to sit with your child and read together, they’re distracted and full of energy - reaching for toys, throwing books, screaming for snacks. How do you get them to focus on what you’re trying to do?
Your friend’s kid started talking already and you can’t help but wonder if your child is behind. Is there a delay? Are they a late talker? Are they learning enough? Will they do well in school? Am I doing everything that I can to help them meet their speech milestones and learning benchmarks to make sure they’re not behind?
And as if all of that wasn’t discouraging enough…

You don’t feel like you know what you’re doing. It feels awkward and uncomfortable and even though you know this is what you SHOULD be doing, it doesn’t feel easy or natural. None of this feels like you imagined it would.
Imagine If...
